Changes can include losing weight, getting regular exercise, eating more fruits and vegetables, limiting salt and alcohol, and taking steps to deal with tension, or stress, in a healthy way.
I choose to take medication because the surgery is still a new procedure. So, we don’t know yet if any serious side effects might happen. Taking medicine is relatively safe and not too difficult. I think it’s better to wait for the surgery until we have more clear long-term results.
