People in Vietnam were able to prepare for Yagi because they saw it wreak havoc in cities in its path, in China and the Philippines.
Despite that, at least 58 people died and 48 are missing in Vietnam due to Yagi’s.
Yagi means goat in Japanese.
To be more specific, like other country, Japan offered typhoon’s name after a Zodiac Sign.
